Charlie’s Rescue Angels

Our mission is to rescue homeless, abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs and cats in our local community, especially those who are often overlooked due to behavioral challenges, medical issues, age, or special needs. We are committed to providing the training, rehabilitation, and care these animals need to thrive. Through community involvement and education, we aim to raise awareness about responsible pet ownership, the importance of spaying and neutering, and a deeper understanding of canine behavior.

Harlow & Zoe

Harlow and Zoe will always be so very special to all of us! 

A video of these girls running loose in the city was originally posted in January of 24 where they looked healthy. In August of 24 pictures of them out in a really rough part the city were posted and they were in terrible shape. One of our members personally went out on the streets putting herself in danger to get these girls out of a bad situation and to safety. When they came to us they were extremely emaciated. They also had a lot of behavioral issues to work through after having endured the trauma they did. Zoe was so anxious she couldn’t do anything while Harlow was highly reactive to strangers, that was on top of them being completely wild and having no manners. Over time, with a ton of work, they became really well rounded, loving dogs that could trust! 

They found a home together where they are very loved and living their best lives! We love you sweet girls 💕
